Training Course Enrollment

1. Course Enrollment and Eligibility

1.1 To confirm their place in the course, the Participant must complete the enrollment process, including payment of any applicable fees.
1.2 The Course is open to individuals who meet the specified eligibility requirements as outlined in the Course details. The Course provider reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any Participant who does not meet these criteria.
1.3 Enrollment is subject to availability and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Course Fees and Payment

2.1 To secure the participant’s place in the course, the invoice must be paid in full upon issuance. No spot is guaranteed until full payment has been received.
2.2 Payment can be made via the methods specified on the Course provider’s website or enrollment form.
2.3 If payment is not received by the specified due date, the Participant’s enrollment may be cancelled without notice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 The Participant may cancel their enrollment by providing written notice to the Course provider.
3.2 If the Participant cancels their enrollment more than 14 days before the start of the Course, a full refund will be issued, minus any administrative fees.
3.3 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days before the start of the Course.
3.4 The Course provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Participant will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another Course.

4. Course Content and Schedule

4.1 The Course provider reserves the right to change the Course content, schedule, or instructors at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Any changes will be communicated to the Participant as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be made where applicable.

5. Participant Responsibilities

5.1 The Participant agrees to attend all Course sessions and complete any required coursework or assignments as specified by the Course provider.
5.2 The Participant is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, software, and internet access to participate in online courses.
5.3 The Participant must behave professionally and respect other Participants, instructors, and Course materials.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All Course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of the Course provider and are protected by copyright laws.
6.2 The Participant may not reproduce, distribute, or share Course materials without prior written permission from the Course provider.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 The Course provider will collect and store personal data provided by the Participant during the enrollment process for administrative and communication purposes.
7.2 The Participant’s data will not be shared with third parties without their consent, except where required by law.
7.3 The Participant has the right to access, update, or request the deletion of their data at any time.

8. Liability

8.1 The Course provider will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the Course.
8.2 The Participant is responsible for their actions and decisions during the Course and any consequences that may result from them.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 The Course provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or natural disasters.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Germany.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Munich.

11. Acceptance of Terms

11.1 By enrolling in the Course, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
